PLEASE NOTE: I apologise for the delays and I hope everyone will still enjoy my new products despite them not being able to arrive before christmas!

"There is something wrong with my order!"

If you have any concerns or questions regarding an order, please email me at birdiiboo@gmail.com or message me on Instagram (@birdiiboo) so that we can work towards a resolution.

 

"Where do you ship to?"

I currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, North America, and several countries in Asia and Oceania. Due to VAT laws and restrictions surrounding plush toy exports to the UK and Europe, I have halted orders to those locations. 

If your country isn't working when ordering, please let me know via birdiiboo@gmail.com and I will try my best to make it possible.

 

"Will you ever ship to Europe/UK?"

It is very difficult for me to currently ship items to these locations due to the VAT and plush toy export laws but I do have some plans to make it happen! It may take a while to get myself and my business to that point as I will need to gather the documents and work with manufacturers but please stay tuned! Thank you for your patience!

 

"When will I get my order?"

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive. However, due to further delays due to the pandemic, your order may take 3-4 months to arrive. If it hasn't arrived in this timeframe, please reach out to me so that we can investigate.

With flat items via untracked mail, patience is very appreciated as this shipping method is cheaper but not trackable.

Shipments may sometimes be delayed by circumstances such as custom delays and unexpected things happening during shipping. These things are out of my control once orders are handed over to shipping services so patience is very appreciated!

"How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?"

Please allow a week for orders to be sent out! However, in most cases I will always end up sending it out sooner!

 

 "My item has not arrived!"

Flat items such as stickers and art prints will have the option to have untracked mail for the sake of cheaper shipping prices for customers. I will not be able to track down its location once it is handed over to the postal services. I cannot be responsible for any mail that is lost. Refunds will not be given for lost mail so it is highly recommended to select tracked mail so we can track it when needed.

If it is a tracked parcel that has been lost, please get into contact with me through birdiiboo@gmail.com and I will contact postal services from origin and destination countries to start an investigation.

 

"What happens if mail is returned to seller?"

This may occur if the incorrect address was entered when ordering, is an undeliverable location or is unclaimed. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send it again. (if this happens, I will contact customers who are affected)

 

"Customs and import taxes???"

I am not responsible for any customs and import duty fees. Any fees must be paid by the person receiving the order so please ensure to read about your country's specific import laws and regulations to avoid any surprises!

 

"Do you do refunds and/or exchanges?"

I currently do not offer refunds and exchanges, however there may be exceptions depending on the situation. Please contact me at birdiiboo@gmail.com so that we can talk about this further.
